NDC4 Commission Approved 4-4-18
Comcast
This is the Franchise that NDC4 enforces with Comcast. Each of our seven member cities have passed this Franchise in the form of a city Ordinance. It is NON-EXCLUSIVE, meaning that other cable TV providers could also apply for Franchises in our seven-city area.
Centurylink
CenturyLink held a Cable Television Franchise in Northern Dakota County from 2016 to 2020. Even though the company terminated this Franchise in 2020, residents may contact NDC4 with questions or concerns relating to their past CenturyLink Prism TV cable service, equipment, or property and rights-of-way issues.
