Mendota Heights residents can now purchase a discounted rain barrel or compost bin at the annual Recycling Association of Minnesota sale.
Preordered items can be picked up at the Mendota Heights Public Works Facility on Saturday May 13 from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. The sale usually goes quickly, so order soon if your are interested!
